Connect your store to our fulfillment software
We’ll connect your online store to ONE Portal, Simple Global’s WMS (Warehouse Management System) to sync inventory, orders, receipts, returns, etc. You’ll be able to see inventory-related data in real-time, all in one place. Once connected, your future orders will be visible from our fulfillment center where we will pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
We receive and quality-check your inventory
Once your inventory arrives at one of our fulfillment facilities, we’ll quality check your goods, make sure the inventory count and SKUs are correct. From there, we’ll upload your inventory data to ONE Portal where you’ll have clear insights to your inventory, at any time.
Pick, pack and ship customer orders
Once your store is synced to our WMS, your customer orders will be sent to our fulfillment facilities in real time, where the packages will be picked, packed, and shipped to their destinations, fast. Our express same-day shipping will make sure that any orders that come in before 10 AM ET are prepared for shipment by the end of the operating day.
Your customer receives the shipment
Once your customer order leaves our fulfillment center, both you and your customer will be able to track the outbound package at any time. Our online tracking tool will give you parcel information such as the transit time, estimated delivery date, and the shipping carrier that is providing the service. From the moment your customers place orders until their packages get to their destinations, we make things hassle-free.
